Ingredients
- Almond milk pulp
- 3 tbsp broken linseed
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- Optional: dried oregano or cumin

RECIPE
By combining almond pulp with linseed (good for your omega 3's!) and sesame (full of calcium and antioxidants), you get nutritious crackers without refined ingredients. Ideal for those who want to eat less bread and are still looking for something savory. This is zero-waste snacking at its best. By the way, you can also make these crackers with pulp from other plant-based milk that you made with the MULSI.
STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 160°C (hot air).
STEP 2
Mix all ingredients into a firm, sticky mass. The mass should be sticky and thick, but can be spread on a baking tray (with baking paper). Is the mass too thin? Then you add more of all the ingredients. Is the mass too thick and firm? Then add a teaspoon of water until the mass is spreadable over your baking tray.
STEP 3
Spread the mixture thinly on a baking paper and flatten with a wooden ladle.
STEP 4
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Allow to cool and break into pieces.
Made in less than a minute, just the way you want it. Without the unnecessary additions.
