
Carrot-ginger juice
You don't need a slow juicer for this refreshing power drink. This fresh carrot and ginger juice is a real boost. Slightly spicy, slightly sweet, and completely pure. Easy and cheap to make with the MULSI!

- 2 large carrots, grated
- 1 cm of fresh ginger
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 400 ml water

RECIPE
STEP 1
Place the grated carrot and ginger in the strainer cup.
STEP 2
Add the water and lime juice into the MULSI basin.
STEP 3
Mix everything thoroughly with the hand blender.
STEP 4
Use the press to separate the pulp from the juice. Taste your juice. Optionally, choose to add more carrot or ginger. In that case, empty the sieve of the existing pulp and add the desired ingredients to the sieve again. Mix it with your existing carrot-ginger juice to enhance the flavor.
Don't throw away the carrot ginger pulp! This is perfect to use as a base for a winter pumpkin soup. Fry the pulp with some garlic and onion in a pan and then add pumpkin and water to make a delicious filling soup.
